I believe Bully may have already said this (I’m too lazy to go check), so I apologize if I am being completely unoriginal…I enjoyed the Hustle much more than the Flow. The Flow, of course, is the rap, and I viewed the rap in this film like I view all other rap: irrational and a little ugly. The Hustle however, is the smooth talk the protaganist uses to earn money, keep his bitches in line, and ingratiate himself to others. Terrence Howard is an excellent actor, and creates a great hustling character. I regret that so much of his performance required rhyming to a beat.
